Waterbath Canning
Thursday, July 14, 6-8pm
Learn the basics of canning peaches, pears, pie fillings, jams, jellies, tomatoes, and other fruits. Class includes safety, materials, storage, recipes, and troubleshooting information. This is a hands-on class, each student will can and take home a product from class.
Location: Camas, Private Residence (details given upon registration)
Fee: $25/person, includes materials

Pressure Canning

I attended a GardenForLife party last night and had a fabulous time. Kendra was wealth of information, and this comes from a woman who has been a gardener all her long, long life!
